How can I put pictures from my Phone 2 mY computer?

I have a T-Mobile Motorola V3, and when i bought it the program, “Motorola Phone Tools” came with it for free, but then it deleted off my computer by accident. Now that i connect my phone my usb port says “unrecognizd USB”…..How can i get it or something??!!
