I have mobile phone which doesn’t charging anymore. I don’t know where’s the problem in the charger or in the lithium batery. Now it’s winter and some weeks ago we have minus temperature outside. Well I thought that my mobile phone batery got cold, but in worm temperature it also doesn’t charging. What is the problem? Could the cold weather damage the lithium batery? Or is it with charger?
