At what temperature should my 99 Grand Prix be running at in about 95 degree heat?

My Grand Prix has been running at around 210. Even on the freeway it cools down to about 180. I dont remember last summer it running so hot. Its been between 95 and 105 lately. Is that a normal temp for it to be running at?
