Motorola RAZR2 v9x. I need to replace a defective Samsung SGH-A747. This is the second time needing to replace a defective phone under manufacturer warranty. I put in a request that AT&T give me a free upgrade to a better phone for the hassle. These are my choices. I really need help deciding. Thanks:)
