Okay, I have cooked drumsticks before, but lately I’ve had problems.
I really think that cooking drumsticks depends on the type of oven you have. At my parent’s house, they have an electric oven. I cooked the drumsticks there at 400 degrees for about an hour, and they were fine no problem.
Now, my sister has a gas oven, and I cooked the drumsticks at the same temperature, 400 degrees, for an hour. They came out looking a little pink on the inside, and the bone was a purpley-red color.
Should I reduce the temperature? I was thinking 350, because that’s what I make boneless ******* with, but I don’t know if drumsticks are different since they have the bone in them. So yes, my drumsticks do have the bone in them. Any suggestions?
