I currently have a prepaid Virgin Mobile and whereas I can recieve international texts when I send them the person in the UK does not recieve them. I also have trouble receiving domestic texts.

Which is the best prepaid cellphone? I would love to be able to text home and to text and get texts from friends here in the US
