Hands-on Impressions Of The Nokia E7

Nokia tried to avoid the CES, but we caught the company in a small stand at a side event. Here are out-of-focus runs through out Nokia E7 that a full slide-out keyboard.

Nokia is doing its best to prevent this years CES, but we caught him in a small booth at Digital Experience event. There are no unreleased be seen, but we do not have the chance to play with Nokia, the E7 is like the N8, but with a good slider, a bump-up keyboard. When I reviewed the N8, a strange thing about it is how much appear to be a slide-out keyboard. All design elements pointed toward a single, but still a touch-only phone. The E7 E8 is what I want to be (minus the new OS.)

Representatives kept telling me that E7 only for business and N8 are only for consumers but apart from the keyboard, this will work as a consumer device. With a secure VPN and various other business functions, but nothing that would prevent personal use. Both devices run Symbian v3.0, has an AMOLED screen, and subtle brushed metal appearance. However, E7-screen is slightly larger at 4 inches and the device is only visible raincoat, in general. It also has a better grip on IT and feels more solid than the N8. Both have 16 GB of internal memory, but the E7 does not have a MicroSD slot for expandable memory. The E7 also do not have a FM transmitter.

Different cameras, one reader say us. I did not get a chance to use the camera E7, but the 8MP and has a dual LED flash, while the N8 has a Carl Zeiss lens with Xenon flash 12MP. Smaller differences between the two units.

I want more types of design can be seen from Nokia. From the hardware perspective, this is a fantastic device. I just hope it does not get stuck running the Symbian v3.0. I hope that when they desperately needed new systems they operate MeeGo reveal. Nokia had no contract E7 operator in the United States to sell. It can be purchased for about $ 600 – $ 640 online.
