Samsung Bada OS 2.0
Although most of us still skeptical about the prospects of Samsung Bada platform, the Korean company did not give up pushing it forward. During the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, is talked about the plans for Samsung Bada OS 2.0, highlighting the coming updates. One of the things we should expect in Bada 2.0, we find multi-tasking, push notifications, NFC support, WiFi Direct, flash lite 4, Flash-based interactive Lock Screen, Text-to-speech and speech-to-text HTML 5 and more. Before I go on and take my two cents, let me give you a link where you download Samsung presentation of Bada OS 2.0.
Well, what we make of it. Of that I can say is bada Koreans push towards the lower and mid-range spectrum. Samsung already supports several other platforms, including Windows Mobile 7, and Android, and I can not be a reason why they think spend resources on other mobile OS. Licensing is not the problem with Android (because it is free), so what gives? I personally think they are preparing for the moment, if Android is too resource intensive for low-and mid-range devices, a 1 GHz processor, things run smoothly.
