I downloaded the driver from Verizon’s website and that didn’t work. Also, I downloaded alot of other drivers from different websites, but none of them seem to work. When I plug in the phone it says, “One of the USB deviices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message.” But when i click it, it just brings up the window of my attached devices and shows the phone as unknown device. Is there something wrong with the phone? Does Verizon block so many features that their own software doesn’t even work? PLEASE HELP
