In the latest spat between the electronics giant, Sony has sued LG Electronics, although the details are still unknown. Just submitted on Tuesday, the lawsuit focuses on LG Electronics Mobile Comm USA Inc. and LG Electronics USA Inc. subsidiary of LG ex no marketing for mobile phones, 3G notebooks and related accessories.
It also provides sales and marketing support in North America LG Electronics, the parent company.
The lawsuit did not seem related to patent infringement, which is the most common complaint in the industry. The lawsuit was in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and further information will be reported as available.
